Summer is finally here! We all love being on holiday and get some rest but we all still want to keep up with the exercise for when we go back in the studios. Not all ballet school are open during the summer but don’t worry, there are plenty of things you can do.
There are some great summer schools everywhere, it’s probably too late to apply for the one held by the big schools, but I’m sure that if you have a look around on the internet you would be able to find one. Summer Schools are not the only option, sometimes is better if you do something else for a bit.
Yoga, Pilates and meditation are a great way to keep fit and also flexible during the holiday, they are also extremely good to clear up your head and start fresh. Swimming and running are also good to keep up the exercise but don’t forget that you also have to rest and recover, it’s okay if you don’t feel like exercising every single day, is still your time off!
